The First-Ever Invention Jamboree was a huge success! 350 scouts, adults, and staff volunteers converged on the Lake of the Ozarks Scout Reservation to celebrate Missouri's and America's Inventing Heritage. A huge shout out to the Missouri Innovation Center and the Buttonwood Business Center for sponsoring the event. A big thanks to Governor Mike Parson for visiting with scouts & adult leaders. More thanks to the National Academy of Inventors , VentureWell, Esri, State Technical College of Missouri, MIDWEST WOOD WORKERS ASSOCIATION, & Camdenton FIRST LASER 3284 Robotics Teams for supporting the Invention Jamboree. And last but most certainly not least, a huge thank you to the 60+ volunteers and Nampa-Tsi Lodge, Order of the Arrow Service Corps for making this event possible!
